While we encourage our customers to place their
equipment under a Repair Agreement, we are happy to provide our services on a
billable basis to those who prefer this method.

Agreement answers this need most effectively by providing preventive
maintenance, priority response and guaranteed problem resolution, choosing to
purchase this service on a billable basis provides you the control to decide
what you'll keep in house and what and when you will use our services.
While we give our Repair Agreement customers higher priority, we still respond
to most other service requests within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. And the
technicians we send are the same ones responding to the Repair Agreement
customers.

By choosing billable repair service, you decide when you need us and only
pay for those services when they are provided. While more difficult to
budget, billable repairs may lead to short-term savings and lower cash flow
initially.

They know our product line and have access to factory support when the problem

We currently have a 2,000+ parts inventory and stock all of the most commonly
needed parts. Our service department orders parts on an almost daily basis
to maintain a high level of responsiveness to our customer's needs. When
necessary, we will expedite shipping of any part needed to get your system back
in running condition.
