1661 Riverside Condominium Gated Entry(Completed July of 2007) These gates are installed between the first and second levels of the facility parking garage. The first level provides parking for customers of the retail shops located on the building's first floor while the second level of the garage is for resident parking for the condominiums located on the remaining floors of the building. The entry gates are opened by a programmable radio receiver and transmitter access system with free exit gates.
