Today's computer programs are constantly being upgraded and enhanced, placing a great deal of strain on current users to keep up.  By utilizing Sunbelt Gated Access Systems to maintain your software, you get that current knowledge without the stress.  Our personnel are immediately alerted when the software programs we sell and maintain are upgraded or changed.  They proactively seek out these changes and learn their impact so they can better serve our customers.  By adding this service to our Repair Agreements or purchasing just this service, you can rest assured that your system will have all the necessary software upgrades and be programmed to work with those upgrades when they become available.

 

  • Budget Concerns

Like all of us, you must operate on a relatively “tight” budget. This means that we don’t like financial surprises like the ones that occur when software upgrades to critical systems must be implemented, usually at a high cost.  Software Support Agreements meet this need by not only “fixing” the normal maintenance costs for you but also by being proactive in alerting you when upgrades are available.

  • Personnel Concerns

What happens if the person on your staff that is trained to operate a particular critical software program leaves?  If you're like most businesses, a period of ""down time" ensues while a replacement is found and trained, usually at a very high cost.  With our Software Support Agreements, our personnel will train the replacement for you at no additional charge.  We will even maintain your program while the replacement is sought.  The result - barely a hiccup in your operations and less cost to you!

Software Support Agreement Features

All of our Software Support Agreements have the following features:

  • Fixed Cost

All our agreements are quoted on an annual cost basis - as long as there are no problems that result from other than normal operation of the system, that is all the customer will pay for the service.

  • Priority Response

Because Software Support Agreement customers help us plan and budget, they receive priority over Time & Material customers in making our dispatch decisions.

  • Flexibility

Customers can contract for a variety of services such as automatic software upgrades, remote programming of the system, monthly activity reporting, etc. under all our contracts.

  •  24-Hour Trouble Reporting

We provide the capability for customers to report problems over the phone on a 24/7 basis via our telephone system (and over this web site in the near future).

  • Expanded Hours of Coverage

While our Software Support Agreement includes our responding during regular business hours (7:30 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday), when purchased with any of the various Expanded Repair Agreements we offer, the Software Support will be included in the expanded hours of coverage (up to 24 hours per day/7 days per week) to meet your needs.

  • Long Term Agreements & Flexible Payment Terms

All of our Software Support Agreements can be implemented for terms up to five (5) years in length, guaranteeing you the reliable service you expect at the lowest possible cost.  In addition, depending on the length of the Agreement, payments can be made annually, semi-annually, quarterly or even monthly to spread out the cost burden.
