All our agreements are quoted on
an annual cost basis - as long as there are no problems that result from other
than normal operation of the system, that is all the customer will pay for the
service.
Because Software Support
Agreement customers help us plan and budget, they receive priority over Time &
Material customers in making our dispatch decisions.
Customers can contract for a
variety of services such as automatic software upgrades, remote programming of
the system, monthly activity reporting, etc. under all our contracts.

24-Hour
Trouble Reporting
We provide the
capability for customers to report problems over the phone on a 24/7 basis via
our telephone system (and over this web site in the near future).

Expanded Hours
of Coverage
While our Software Support
Agreement includes our responding during regular business hours (7:30 to 4:30
p.m., Monday through Friday), when purchased with any of the various Expanded
Repair Agreements we offer, the Software Support will be included in the
expanded hours of coverage (up to 24 hours per day/7 days per week) to meet
your needs.

Long Term
Agreements & Flexible Payment Terms
All of our Software Support
Agreements can be implemented for terms up to five (5) years in length,
guaranteeing you the reliable service you expect at the lowest possible cost.
In addition, depending on the length of the Agreement, payments can be made
annually, semi-annually, quarterly or even monthly to spread out the cost
burden.
