Sunbelt Gated Access Systems' Telephone Entry Units Provide Convenient Visitor Access Control

From stand-alone to computer-linked; for single residences, closed or apartment communities, commercial and industrial applications, we have the telephone entry system that is right for your needs.

Gated communities, commercial buildings, manufacturing plants, high-end residential homes, apartment and condominium buildings all need an easy way to manage the flow of traffic in, around, and through their premises.  Systems are needed to provide for both resident/employee access control and visitor access into the secured facilities.  A telephone entry unit is often employed for these purposes.

Whether self-contained, stand-alone units or as part of a computer-linked system, all of our Telephone Entry Systems are designed with vandal resistant housings, easy to reach buttons, clear voice communications, tone dialing, and long distance telephone dialing. And for those who want enhanced flexibility - a brightly-lit LCD display visible day and night and in direct sunlight.

Key Benefits

  • Telephone entry systems can provide service for up to 3000 residents.
  • Full duplex circuitry provides the same communication service as the Telephone Company.
  • Multiple area codes allow the system to work in areas requiring 10 and 11-digit dialing.
  • Directory codes can be used for resident access and can be programmed to numbers (from 1 to 4 digits) of your choice.
  • LCD programming display (except 1808).

Special Features of Some Models:

  • Built-in time clock provides automatic relay activation for "hold open" periods.
  • Entry codes can be time zoned to restrict usage to certain days and times only.
  • "Flash" entry codes provide access for a single day only, then become inactive.
  • Two dry contact relays can be activated by tone open number or auxiliary switch input.
  • Switch inputs can be preprogrammed to automatically dial a preset telephone number.

Special Features of the Computer-linked Models:

  • Units can be programmed via modem from a PC using simple software.
  • Multiple units can be maintained from a single PC.
  • Transaction Log files may be "uploaded" to the PC showing system usage.
  • Telephone units can be combined with other access controls using the same software.
