Project: Installation of Gates for
Palencia Community
Location: St. John's County, Florida
Sunbelt Gated
Access Systems continues to work with the developers of the Palencia
community in northern St. John's county to provide gated access control
for its residents. One of the many advantages of placing your

work with the other trades in constructing and implementing a complete
system. Posted below are some pictures of the construction process for
this project so you can see just how early we get
involved in a project to make certain the finished system is installed
properly, both in terms of function and aesthetic appearance.

subcontractors in the electrical, paving and concrete and fence and gate trades.

installation of the entire system to just the specific gate and access controls.
