The WSJ Examines "The State of the Gate"

On April 13th, Lauren A. E. Schuker wrote an interesting article for the Wall Street
Journal that examined the "increasing demands for privacy and security" and
the resulting "new
generation of elaborate security gates (that) are being installed around the country."
Vendor Price Increases Announced
One unfortunate aspect of the New Year Holiday is that this is the time many of the vendors
in our industry choose to implement price increases. That will be the
case again this coming January as we have received notices of pending price increases from
three of our primary vendors.

On August 19, 2010, the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) filed with the
