How Amazon Key Works
Install the Amazon Key
We'll install the Amazon Key unit at your property at no cost. Amazon Key works with compatible Card Readers, Call Panels, Motorized Gates & Doors and Remote Openers.
Configure the Amazon Key
We'll seemlessly integrate the unit to your gate or building access system with the delivery apps of the pre-approved service providers
Access Request is Verified
When a driver arrives with a delivery, they press a button in their delivery app to request temporary access to your property. Amazon Key verifies the driver, delivery address and time of the request.
Delivery is Made
Once verified, driver receives temporary, time-restricted access to deliver packages. Driver leaves building and is unable to re-enter after building
access expires.
